1. Service Fee and Commission

By registering as a vendor on Telarcove, you acknowledge and agree that you will make a one-time nonrefundable payment of ₦15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira only). You also acknowledge and agree that Telarcove Ltd. will deduct a commission of 10% from the total amount of every booking or transaction processed through the platform. This deduction applies to all confirmed bookings made by clients, guests, or customers using Telarcove. The deducted amount covers Telarcove’s service fees, operational costs, and platform maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all users.

Transparency and Accuracy of Listings

As a vendor, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the services, properties, or facilities you list on Telarcove. This includes but is not limited to detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and honest representations of the condition, availability, and features of your offerings. Any misrepresentation or failure to disclose the true state of your services or facilities that leads to client dissatisfaction or disputes will be addressed under Telarcove's policies, which may include refund, penalties, or suspension of your account.

Refund Policy Compliance

You agree to honor your stated refund policies when dealing with clients, guests, or customers through Telarcove. In cases where a customer requests a refund due to dissatisfaction or other valid reasons as per your refund policy, you must process the refund promptly through Telarcove by returning the stated amount of refund to Telarcove. Telarcove reserves the right to mediate disputes and ensure compliance with fair business practices to maintain trust and satisfaction among platform users.

By participating on Telarcove, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and cooperate in providing exceptional service to clients, guests, or customers. Failure to comply may result in corrective actions, including account suspension or termination, as deemed necessary by Telarcove Ltd.
