Telarcove Ltd Agent Contract

  1. Purpose of Agreement
  2. This contract outlines the terms and conditions under which the Agent will represent TELARCOVE and perform duties to promote, sign up, and onboard customers while adhering to the company's core values, mission, and vision.

  3. Job Description
  4. The Agent agrees to carry out the following tasks:

    • Actively sign up a minimum of 10 customers which includes but not limited to Hotels, Event venues, Restaurants and 5 Outlet Agents daily.
    • Facilitate bookings for a minimum of 10 customers daily, including hotel reservations, event venue bookings, and restaurant orders.
    • Promote TELARCOVE’s platform at or during two events monthly, for customer signups and brand awareness.
    • Follow up with prospective customers and ensure bookings are completed.
    • Report incidents by the end of the day, detailing relevant information.
    • Report to the Head of Operations through the various platforms created for such communication.
    • Follow the working hours of 8:45 AM to 4:35 PM from Monday to Saturday.
  5. Professional Conduct and Requirements
  6. The Agent agrees to:
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
    • Represent TELARCOVE in a positive manner in line with its mission and vision.
    • Wear permitted or company-branded attire which includes black or blue jean trousers and sneakers during all sales outings.
    • Maintain good hygiene and pleasant personal grooming at all times.
    • Uphold transparency, innovation, collaboration, reliability, and accessibility in all professional dealings.
  7. Payment Method
    • The Agent must never take cash or payment through transfer during signups/bookings.
    • Every payment must be made through Telarcove website or the point of sale (POS Machine) with the available payment methods on the website or POS.
    • Accepting cash or payment through transfer will result in disciplinary actions as well as the termination of the agent contract or legal action against the agent.
  8. Reporting and Communication
    • The Agent must report any incidents or issues by the end of each workday, providing full details, including time, place, individuals involved, and a description of the event to the Head of Operations.
    • Failure to report incidents will result in disciplinary actions.
  9. Non-Compete Agreement
  10. The Agent agrees that during their engagement with TELARCOVE and for a period of 5 years after the termination of this agreement, they will not directly or indirectly compete with TELARCOVE by engaging in any business that offers similar services within the Nigerian hospitality industry or any market where TELARCOVE operates. This includes, but is not limited to client poaching, representing or working for competing event planning, hotel booking, or restaurant services platforms..

  11. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  12. During and after the term of this contract, the Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, customer data, and business strategies of TELARCOVE. The Agent must not disclose, distribute, or otherwise use such information for any purpose other than the fulfillment of duties under this agreement.

  13. Breach of Agreement
  14. Any violation of the terms stated in this contract, particularly concerning professional conduct, non-compete, and non-disclosure obligations, will result in immediate termination of the agreement and may lead to legal action.

  15. Termination
  16. This contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. TELARCOVE reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Agent fails to comply with the conditions outlined herein.

  17. Acknowledgment
  18. The Agent acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this contract and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth.
